Service Description
Includes: - Main photo/video studio space - Select additional rooms at 2431 E Van Buren St. (There Space) - Hallways and common areas Limitations & Notes: - Certain rooms are restricted and not accessible - Roof access is limited and subject to safety guidelines and approval - No running, jumping, edge shooting, or equipment dragging on the roof - No drilling, mounting, or permanent modifications anywhere in the building - Entire building bookings may require an additional security deposit Best suited for larger productions, multi-set shoots, film projects, campaigns, and expanded creative teams.
GENERAL POLICY (APPLIES TO ALL BOOKINGS)
GENERAL POLICY - Rental time includes setup and breakdown - Keep noise/music to a reasonable volume - Overtime billed in 30-minute increments to card used for booking ($30 per) - Booking holder is responsible for all guests - Maximum occupancy applies and must be respected (15 max) - All areas must be left in the condition they were found - Damage to the space, furniture, walls, flat-lay surfaces, or equipment will be billed to the renter - Failure to follow studio rules may result in termination of the session without refund - Excessive mess may result in an additional $15 fee - Damage to or loss of furniture, props, or studio items will be billed to the card on file at full replacement cost - If a new, clean section of seamless paper is required (including to avoid footprints or shoe marks), or if seamless paper is damaged due to tears or spills, a $25 fee applies - Children and pets must be approved in advance and supervised at all times CANCELLATION & RESCHEDULING POLICY - Cancellations made within 24 hours of the booking start time are NON refundable - Cancellations made within 48+ hours of the booking start time are FULLY refundable - Rescheduling is subject to availability and must be requested at least 48 hours in advance LIABILITY All renters and guests assume full responsibility for their safety while on the premises. The studio is not liable for injury, loss, or damage to personal property during the rental period ELECTRICAL USE Use of high-draw equipment must be approved in advance. DO NOT overload outlets or power strips EXTERIOR AREAS Shooting outside the building or in parking areas is not permitted without prior approval
